Shipping Policy

Delivery Area:

• Orders are shipped from Spain to eligible destinations within the European Union.

• The maximum period shall be thirty (30) calendar days from the formalization of the order.

• The indicated timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond the company's control.

• Delays resulting from unforeseeable or unavoidable circumstances beyond the company's control including logistical issues, strikes, administrative restrictions, armed conflicts, natural disasters, or other events of force majeure shall not be considered a breach of contract.
  
  

Shipping Costs:

• Shipping costs will be clearly indicated before finalizing the purchase and will depend on the destination and the volume of the order.
  
  

Receipt of Order:

• The user must inspect the condition of the package upon delivery.

• If the packaging shows visible damage, you must note this with the carrier and notify us via the following email address—hola@miprimeraranita.es—within 24 hours of receiving the order.

• Signing for delivery without reservation implies acceptance of the package's condition, without prejudice to legal rights regarding product non-conformity.
  
  

Right of withdrawal:

• The consumer has fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal without the need for justification.

• To exercise this right, the consumer must notify the seller in writing via email at hola@miprimeraranita.es, specifying the order number and the products concerned.

• The consumer must return the products within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of notification.

• The product must be returned properly protected, in a condition suitable for transport, and without having been washed, cut, or handled beyond what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and functioning. It must be wrapped in its original packaging.

• The consumer shall be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

• Direct return costs shall be borne by the consumer, except in the event of an error attributable to the seller.

• In the event of withdrawal, the total amount paid by the consumer will be refunded, including delivery costs corresponding to the standard shipping method offered. Additional costs arising from the consumer's choice of a delivery method other than the standard one will not be refunded.

• The seller shall withhold the refund until the goods have been received.

• The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
  
  

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

• In accordance with Article 103(c) of the TRLGDCU and equivalent European regulations, the right of withdrawal shall not apply in the following cases:

  • Products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Products that have been used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and functioning.

• The foregoing does not affect the consumer's rights in the event of a defective product or lack of conformity.
  
  

Defective products or lack of conformity:

• In the event of a defective or non-conforming product, the consumer must notify the seller as soon as possible after becoming aware of the lack of conformity.

• The consumer shall be entitled to repair or replacement and, failing that, to a price reduction or termination of the contract, in accordance with the regulations applicable in their Member State of residence.
  
  

Refunds:

• Once the returned products have been received and verified, the refund will be processed within the legally established timeframe.

• Processing time may depend on the customer's financial institution.
