Terms & Conditions

Terms of Purchase:

• These terms are agreed upon between, on the one hand, the individual Patricia Sánchez Gracia and, on the other, individuals wishing to make a purchase via the Mi Primera Ranita website—hereinafter referred to as "the user."

• Orders will be shipped to the Spanish mainland, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla. Orders will also be shipped to destinations within Europe.

• These terms apply exclusively to private individuals (non-commercial customers). The parties agree that their relationship shall be governed solely by this contract. If a specific condition is not addressed herein, it shall be deemed governed by the practices and customs prevailing in the distance selling sector, in accordance with the professional code of the Distance Selling Association.
  
  

Purpose:

• The purpose of these conditions is to define the sales terms between Mi Primera Ranita and the user, covering the entire process from placing the order to the provision of services, including payment and delivery. These conditions govern all stages required to place an order and ensure the tracking of said order between the contracting parties.
  
  

Ordering:

• Users may place orders online via the miprimeraranita.es website. From any product page, the user selects the desired size, color, and quantity, and adds the item to the shopping cart.

• Once all desired items have been selected, the "My Cart" section opens.

• If satisfied, the user proceeds to place the order by clicking the "Checkout" button. At this stage, shipping details and payment method information will be requested. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

• By placing an order, the user fully and unreservedly accepts the prices, the descriptions of the products for sale, and the general terms and conditions of sale; these terms alone shall apply to the resulting contract. Any dispute regarding this matter will be resolved through the possibility of an exchange and the application of the warranties mentioned below. Mi Primera Ranita will process orders subject to product availability. If a product is unavailable, Mi Primera Ranita undertakes to notify the user as soon as possible.

• For out-of-stock products, a refund of the corresponding amount will be issued using the same payment method originally used.
  
  

Delivery:

• Orders will be delivered to the address specified by the user when placing the order.

• If the recipient is not at the address, Correos or Correos Express will contact the user via the phone number provided at the time of the order to provide delivery information. Typically, a first delivery attempt is made; if unsuccessful, the package will be held at the nearest Correos facility serving the delivery address. Once the maximum holding period has expired, the package will be returned to Mi Primera Ranita; shipping costs (both outbound and return) will not be refunded to the user if delivery was impossible due to reasons beyond Mi Primera Ranita's control.

• Mi Primera Ranita commits to delivering ordered items as quickly as possible. Average delivery times for available items are approximately 10 calendar days from the date the package leaves our warehouse for orders within the Spanish mainland. For international shipments, delivery takes approximately 15 to 20 calendar days. However, circumstances may arise that delay delivery; in such cases, the customer will be notified as soon as possible.

• Refusing the package will result in shipping and handling charges payable by the user.
  
  

Payment methods:

• PayPal:

  By clicking "Authorize Payment," you confirm that the credit card belongs to you. Credit cards are subject to verification and authorization by the issuing entity; if said entity does not authorize the payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery, and we will be unable to enter into a contract with you.
  
  

Prices:

• Prices on the website include VAT but exclude shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount due as outlined in our Purchase Terms and Conditions.

• Prices are quoted in euros. They take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the applicable VAT rate will be reflected in product prices. The prices applied will be those in effect at the time the purchase is confirmed, except in the event of an obvious error.

• Prices are subject to change at any time, but such changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent an order confirmation.

• Regarding any errors or inaccuracies on the website: although the content has been prepared in good faith, Mi Primera Ranita will rectify any such issues as soon as possible after becoming aware of them.

Value Added Tax:

• In accordance with Article 68 of Law 37/1992 of December 28 on Value Added Tax, the delivery of items shall be deemed to take place within the territory of application of Spanish VAT if the delivery address is located in Spanish territory, excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla. The applicable VAT rate shall be the rate legally in force at the time, depending on the specific item in question. For orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, deliveries shall be exempt from VAT pursuant to Article 21 of Law 37/1992, without prejudice to the application of relevant taxes and duties in accordance with the regulations in force in each of these territories.

• For orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or countries outside the European Union, deliveries shall be exempt from VAT; the price displayed for the items is understood to be VAT-exempt.

• For orders destined for EU countries, the relevant VAT shall be charged in accordance with Article 25 of Law 37/1992 on VAT, which establishes the rules and exemptions regarding VAT for intra-Community supplies of goods.
